Tentacle Attack 02 not working

I purchased Tentacle Attack 02 and the product isn't working. I have Tentacle Attack 01 product as well and that one is fine.
For some reason tentacle poses for Tentacle Attack 02 is bugged, regardless of which pose number I choose the tentacle will position itself as position 1.....

I have had no issues with it working. Are you making sure you are applying the right poses to the right tentacle?

Ok I got it, I wasn't using the right tentacle for the pose.

I can see that happening. With two different tentacles, each one requiring multiple instances in most poses. It can be easy to apply poses to the wrong tentacle type or even instance.
