Renderotica

I posted something about this in the thread for Meipe, but I thought it might be a good idea to post something like this here in case any of the other artist are working on it or if anyone knows a way to emulate this. 

In hentai sometimes, when the male character is getting something injected into his urethra or if he's orgasming really hard, there's these bulges that appear to form from his base to the tip. They're visually expressing the large amounts of liquid going in or out. Some people might find it gross while others find it really arousing. To each their own. 

I know that there are functions on most of the penile props that allow you to make one section large or smaller, so in a way you could emulate it, but I just want the urethra, the lining on the bottom of the penis. I think that would look amazing as a morph, and I'd pay for just that. However, if someone know how to emulate that in post work, that would be cool too. I'm almost wondering if this is something that should be done in Blender, since Blender seems to be the superior 3d program. 

Any thoughts, suggestions, or product ideas would be appreciated.
