Howdy! I saw your post, and thought that I might be able to help you out a bit. I will admit, not everything on my list is going to match what you're asking for. But, it's nothing a bit of post work couldn't solve! 

1. Based on the image you showed, this would be the best one to match that -

This is literally an exact duplicate of what's being displayed in the image and while they can be used as a stand along prop,the only drawbacks being that these do not open nor do they confirm to the body of the figure vice versa the figure doesn't conform to the shackles. But like I said, a bit of post work and you could make them look like they open an close. A bit of imagination never hurt anyone. 

I wasn't able to find another set of handcuffs that open based on my own collection of props, so I went searching else where, and found what I was looking for. 

1. There's one on the Daz3D Website, it's by Zeddicuss and the prop name is Z Handcuffs and Poses. There are two different kinds and they both open. As of right now it's on sale for $9.48, but at full price, it's almost $20 (ouch!)

2. The second one is from Renderosity, and it's by 3D-Mobster. It's just titled Handcuffs, and they look pretty nice. As of right now, it's about $5.60 on sale, but that ends in a couple of days, at full prices it's $8.

Don't forget that many props will accept an alternate texture,  Texture sets are out there.  I have one that covers anything from textures that create shine Brass or copper to Marble textures.  In poser one just needs to go to the material room,, click on the object like DAVO's  cuffs or collars and change the worn metal textures to Brass Copper or a Metalic Black  or Silver,

I am sure that those using DAZ have such an option to change the texture color

I'd like to second this request. However, I would like to add if there are more Sci-Fi or Gorean Fantasy themed Metal Bondage Sets. More like SY's Sci-FI Restraints or something like this image:

For example, like the design by artist XXOOM.

I'd want one complete with head cage/helmet, and pronged collars.
