So with V8.1 its a slightly different case.
I dont own V8.1 to confirm, but the script may not work for V8.1 just because the figure name (label).
V8.1 I believe also loads with a different shader (PBR Skin) even if the UVs are the same.
You can try a manual copy in the surfaces tab from the V8.1 Body:
- ** You may need to apply the PBR shader to the GP graft before being able to copy all required surfaces.
- With the V8.1 Body surface selected, right click and Copy Surfaces
- Select the GP Torso surface, right click and Paste to Surfaces
Till official update drops that's all I can think of as a work around.
There might be some more helpful tips n tricks from more experienced V8.1 owners after this post.
