"Stacked" character, morph, or shape

Can someone kindly point me in the right direction? Can't seem to find what I am looking for. The picture below is a good visual. Most characters I see are like the left but I am looking for the right. Much more going on then large breasts... I've tried many things and seem to work but still very far from ideal. Many thinks in advance.

Start with a base figure that gets you most or part of the way there.
Try Leisa 8:

Or Sydney 8 as your base figure:
https://www.daz3d.com/sydney-8
Then you have to just play with the morps until you get your figure to look like the picture you posted.
