Does anyone have any information on Billy Boy Blue? His gallery is listed as "legacy" and the last post was months ago. I wanted to ask him a question about an outfit in one of his posts. Thanks in advance

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but when an account is tagged/renamed as "legacy," it means the person is "no longer with us."
Unfortunately, that means they have passed away. :(
