To put it as simple as possible, the org link rules were to prevent users from 'profiting' from the sites traffic on other sites. so Patreon and Ko-fi, Buy me a coffee, SubscribeStar, Fansly, OF, etc etc all would fall under marketplaces/commercial platforms.

As a general rule: Does this link lead directly to a site outside of the network where the link clicker can give me money / purchase something from me?  if the answer is yes then the link was not allowed.

We will be reviewing these types of policies, for example you were actually able to name 3 sites in your post,  that used to just show up like "Deleted" until a week or so ago.  I can't promise or claim that the link policy will totally change, but I know parts of it should be changing at some point.

Thanks for the clarification, Teronsuke! That makes perfect sense, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain the reasoning behind the rule. I'll hold off on adding any external support links for now and keep an eye out for any future policy changes.

Since you mentioned that some of these policies are currently being reviewed, I had one slight wishful thought. I don't know if this idea has been thrown around before or whether something like this would even be practical to implement, but wouldn't it be interesting if artists could eventually have an optional tip/support feature directly through Renderotica itself? Perhaps Renderotica could take a percentage of the transaction, so the artist receives support while the site also benefits from the traffic it generates.

Just a thought, of course, but it seems like it could potentially be a win-win situation for both artists and the site.:)
