I want to address some concerns that have recently been raised regarding older products appearing to be “missing” from the store.
At some point during the previous management period, changes were made to the store display mechanics which currently limit how many products appear through normal category browsing and search functions. In short, many older products are still live and available for purchase, they simply are not displaying correctly through portions of the storefront.
We fully understand the frustration this has caused, and honestly, we agree the current system is far from ideal. Restoring full catalog visibility is already on our list of things to address moving forward.
In the meantime, there is a temporary workaround:
If you click directly on a vendor’s name and view their full catalog, you will still be able to access and purchase their older products normally.
We know this is not the most convenient solution, but we want to reassure everyone that the products themselves have not been removed from the system.
