Hello all,

I'm looking for some ".obj" files that are of some upside down girls hair, kinda long with a blond texture. I use the "Poser Pro" program (that no one seems to use at all anymore), so .obj files will have to do.

I've been looking around on the internet, and there seems to be basically nothing (including this site that I could find).

Does anyone know where I could find some upside down girls hair on any websites?

If not, could anyone make some into .obj files for me, please - as I"m not smart enough to do that stuff

Thanks in advance to anyone who knows any sites or can help in anyway.

Cheers!

Yep, this is problem with 3d and gravity issues with hair. For the most part, I use "updo" and ponytail style hair models. I've had the most success from Mankahoo (Ali) hair for poser, however, his newer offerings have become lazy on the bending aspect, his older ponytail and braided stuff had good bending and lots of useful morphs on them so they flowed in reverse. Sometimes I find success by turning off the bending on some of his models so I can rotate the ponytails all the way. I can't provide links but just search Mankahoo in google. His hair is built for Poser so that's a plus.

I tend to create hairs often. Upside down options sound like a great idea.
Problably you should take a look at DForce hairstyles. They should react to gravity, but hat would be Daz Studio only.
You could try creating a custom morph in a 3D modeling software by selecting the desired part, bend it and smooth. Dformers (or magnets in Poser if I'm not wrong) could also help. Poser's lovely morph brush can help you style the shape more.
You could also create a child bone to bend a specific part of the hair, but hair righing with custom bones can be tedious depending on the hair.
If you had access to ZBrush, you could generate FiberMesh "hair extensions" to add to existing hairs to help with the effect. Depending on how much and often you plan to use those, it might be a good investment to subscribe for one month and generate many pieces that will cover most of your needs in the future. ZBrush is also an awesome option to create custom morphs. You could create some for your existing hairs and add some FiberMesh parts as mentioned before if needed.
