How do I get rid of the 2nd row of nipples? (Cream queen G8.1)

Hello there,
I'm trying to get rid of the 2nd row of breasts but I'm having an issue getting rid of the nipples. So when I apply the flattening morph preset, it removes/flattens the breasts but it does not get rid of the nipples.
I'm new to daz so I'm not sure what I need to do to make this work. Based on what little info I know, If I had to guess on what could be causing this issue, I'd say it's the shell maybe not being applied correctly? I'm not sure.
I'm uploading on image of what it looks like on a base genesis 8.1. I hope you guys can help me.
