Storming the Palace presets won't load (And missing sliders?)

Hello!
I just purchased and installed storming the palace, and while all the full presets are available in the content library, they do nothing when I try to apply them to the character.
And, when I compare my parameters tab to the instructional PDF, it appears I am missing some sliders? (The very same sliders that I imagine these presets are trying to talk to)
Did I somehow install something incorrectly? If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate.

Probably an installation issue: the morphs aren't properly located ant the presets can't dial them. Did you try to install unsing DAZ Install Manager?
