Ok so I get a rejected product that I can't at all retrace the issue to correct it. I've gone through the process of opening the models from scratch redownloading the upped zip and reinstalling it to a new dir. It looks fine on my end. Works correctly. However on the tester's end it is off slightly. I follow the tester's inquiry to move the futalicious prop to their location on the z axis and it shows off to me putting it in that position. Have a 15 min video on the process of installation and and going through the motions of setting up the pose from the newly downloaded zip that is the product file on my vendor portal.
What is used for the pose set is Futalicious-Roasty, Gen 8 Female, and Breastacular on 2 female futa characters,Base Gen 8 Female shape out of the box, no morphs applied.

What is going on the testers image for the product. The alignment issue. The base pose is set at 77.51 which is what the product saves in as. The suggested 78.31 was what suggested to correct the pose, I do so, and get this.
This is the pose image the tester sent as the problem which slightly makes the penis too big for the roasty holes.
I have been trying to get this error all day and am at a loss. I can't recreate it.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening.
