Sorry for all these weird technical question I always ask,  I port your products to Maya (for personal use) and sometimes I get stumped on how something is implemented in Daz Studio lol

So on the slider CC_Asymmetry_Left in Daz Studio,  how is this working?  The dsf file doesnt show it drives anything it just reads as an empty slider and has no morph data, im completely confused to how it is working and applying what appears to be a morph.  It looks like Clackers uses a lot of these and I havent seen these kinds of controls in any of your products before.  Thank you for any help I am always grateful for your time!! :-)

You are looking at

  • /data/Meipex/Dicktator_Genitalia_G8M/Dicktator_Genitalia_G8M_v3/Morphs/Meipex/CockyClackers/CC_Asymmetry Left.dsf

This is a morph on Dicktator (but, provided by the Cocky Clackers product) and has, as you point out, no morph data included. The reason it exists is to provide a control in a convenient and centralized place.

If you look at the Cocky Clackers and Collider morphs, you have

  • /data/Meipex/CockyClackers/CockyClackers_DCK_G8M_dForce/Morphs/Meipex/Base/CC_Asymmetry Left.dsf
  • /data/Meipex/CockyClackers/CC_TesticlesCollider2_DCK_G8M/Morphs/Meipex/Base/CC_Asymmetry Left.dsf

These morphs have morph data, but have "visible" disabled, and "auto_follow" enabled. The controls for these morphs do not show up in the UI by default, but keep their value in sync with the first control.

thanks 1 user thanked Zattica for this useful post.
