Meipe:

I had the idea to use your Dickator as a necklace pendant. It works fantastic. However after I save the pendant as a DAZ scene file it crashes when I try to reopen it. Importing also crashes DAZ. Using DAZ 4.20.

I create the pendant by choosing Dicktator without any figures in a blank scene. Then I create a sphere which I place at the base of the Dicktator model. I then assign materials and group the sphere and Dicktator together. That's it. I then save the file.

However I cannot merge the pendant into a scene with figures because it crashes DAZ. I also cannot open the saved pendant file - DAZ crashes.

I guess I can create the pendant and then convert it to a prop. But I like having options to change erections, poses etc. Any idea how to get this to work? Here is a render I did. This 3d files cannot be opened. Fortunately I saved another version just prior to creating the Dicktator pendant. I can upload the DUF file if needed.

I narrowed down the problem. The file starts crashing if any testicle adjustments are made to the dictator bondage cage. I need to make those adjustments because the testicles are larger than the cage at the bottom. It's a little detail that will probably not show up in renderings, unless a closeup is made. I wonder if this is why some of my other scenes are crashing. Meipe, can you please look into it?

Thanks!

Did you convert the figure to prop?
Maybe DS is looking for bones that might be connected to a morph or a related hidden JCM?

Nope I did not convert the figure to a prop.

Actually I was able to recover two scenes that crashed DAZ. I renamed the .duf files to .zip, uncompressed the files and then edited them with notepad ++.

I then searched for "Testicle Displacement Morph" and changed the value to zero. I also searched for "Scrotum Adjust" and changed that to zero. But I think the main issue was the "Testicle Displacement Morph" being more than zero. I saved both files, rename them to a .duf extension and they are both opening up now. The one had an unparented dicktator as a necklace pendant and the other one was a dicktator anatomoy loaded on a G8M figure.

There is something in your Dicktator Cage "Testicle Displacement Morph" adjustment that's making it crash with DAZ. Maybe I have other addons loaded that causes a conflict. Either way I am glad I figured out what the problem was. I have quite a few files that I could not load in DAZ anymore that I can probably recover now.
