I've been through the forums now and I'm having exactly the same problem as several other people, the shell presets do nothing. I've tried adding textures/displacement/normal maps manually and from what I can tell it's not even adding a base shader or a uv map.
I'll go in and manually make the surfaces Iray but the textures don't work because there's no UV map. So I've ended up with things like the texture only applying to the shaft or the texture not showing up at all.
I'm probably going to have to get a refund but I thought I'd try here first.
Anybody got a clue?

Quick Answer: Run "Shell Fixer" with the Shell Selected and switch to Iray view
1. Not in Iray View
2. Universal Tool Selected not Selector Tool
3. Dicktator and Dickatator Shell seem to not be properly parented to the figure. (by the way the Graft or Shell apears to be clipping, and the scene order listing above the eyebrows)
- If you select G8M add the Dicktator Graft.
Then add Dicktator Shell
... the Graft and Shell parent to the Figure Automatically.
Run The Mat Copy while G8M is selected.
Then Select the Dicktator Shell (*especially when using other shells on the figure) and run the Shell Fix Script (This must be ran on any additional shells that may be effecting the Dicktator Shell as well.)
4. If using additional Colorizations on the shell, select the shell in the scene, AND if surface tab is open select "Dickator Shell" to change all the Node's defined Surfaces.
ie:

DS
- Figure
-- Graft
-- Mat Copy (loads UV and base colors to graft)
-- Shell
--- Shell Fix (when using multiple shells, fix all shells, fastest way last added to first added till they are all good)
--- Shell Colorization... (then shell fix again in extremely rare cases if/when needed, or when needed after adding additional shells)

That did it! So weird that I have to have G8 selected and not the shell. Thanks for the help!

Yeah it takes a little while to get use to how it all works. Some color applies on graft some on shells, sometimes there are multiple colors with shells over shells.
Glad you got it working. If you dont mind maybe add " [SOLVED] " to the thread title if possible to help Meipe, mods, and future vistors out.
