I have been combing this forum for some kind of tutorial or instructions on how to create new textures for characters that do not have a dick texture or even how to create a texture for dicktator from scratch.
For my example, I have Orc HD I want to create a dicktator texture for him. Can someone help point me in the correct direction to find this information, or reply with steps on how to do this. I have gone through all the instructions that came with Dicktator and Texture wizard but it's kind of vague or I am missing something.

I am looking for the same. In my case it is Ogre and Hobgoblin. Maybe someone has some advice on how to tackle that?

That is kind of a modeling question, you'd need some 3d modeling software that can do texture/sculpting. then you would need to dedicate some time into using w/e software you choose and ultimatly once you get to a point where you can model/ect it comes down to more of........i dunno starting on the base dicktator model and sculpting details/painting the model then baking using the models uv's and or maybe on the shell?
partly your going to need to get some modeling software and look through on how to develop some skils via tutorials on blender/zbrush or whatever you end up using.
if you end up being dedicated enough to go through all that for whatever your planning to do, the end results could be well worth all the effort/investment.
(but partly meipe would need to explain part of what to model/texture on what)

They don't need to do that at all. If rendertom and DeviousOne don't have them already, they need to pick up Meipe's Texture Wizard and Pumping Pole Pallette. Texture wizard in particular, but either one is fine. Play with them and use the surfaces tab in Studio to adjust the DCK shell color. It may take some time and a lot of test renders, but it can be done. I've used those textures with red skin, purple skin, name it. Have patience and make small changes, then test render. You don't need any additional software at all.

OP basicly said "hes asking for tuts or some type of direction to guide making his own standalone original textures, not just modding products, thus my comment that its more of a modeling question, with little bits from meipe to say what parts texture/modeling on ect.

I thought there would be maybe some magic script that could do the trick ;)
But meanwhile i got into it a little more and i think it would be enough to beg Meipe to let me have the UV Map and then beg the creator of the characters to let me have the base texture of their skin and then with some try and error put it together in photoshop. Maybe? Lots of maybes and begging :D

My advice is if you don't want to pay for textures then learn gimp (or any other photo editing software) and make your own or modify meipes but simply messing with the colors in the surfaces tab can get you a closer match if you don't want to mess with textures.

There are three ways to create your custom texture look: -The easier one has been suggested by matt (adjust dials on the geoshell surfaces, especially base color and translucency value for brightness); - Photoshopping. Do that if you want to edit the gen texture tone with some tool as hue, saturation, etc. - Painting your own textures on the genitalia... you can project photos with stencil tools, paint everything from scratch, or load existing textures and edit them. You can use Zbrush/Blender/Substance Painter or similar. Advanced and time-consuming. Substance Painter is great, as you can layer the painting as you would in Photoshop/Gimp.
