Cluster Bomb nipple materials will be on/applied to the Cluster Bomb shell, so you need to make sure it is loaded and selected in the scene when applying the nipple textures. Also as it is a shell depending on morphs used and other factors you might have to adjust the offset on the shell some, while shells will usually auto follow the underlying figure well, there are times slight adjusting is needed.

As for Reyna it would depend on how Oso3D set up the fur. If it is a conforming item and works like clothing it should work with no problems. If it is strand based hair it might conform onto the graft if you are lucky, however if the fur itself is in the form of a graft then it and Cluster Bomb would clash as only one graft can be applied to a specific part of a figure at a time ie. only one torso/chest graft could be applied. 

As for clothing fitting or not it depends on the type of clothing. Conforming clothes could be hit or miss depending on how well auto follow works with following the graft. (I have seen some grafts where it works beautifully, and others where the graft will just poke through anything conformed to the figure) Dynamic clothing might work better if you can set the surfaces correctly (I think one key would be applying static surface on the base figure, the graft, and shell) and get a good simulation to work

You can, there are flatten morphs, which allow you to alter from the default 6 breasts(3 rows) to 2 rows or 1 row of breasts,  and .5 versions that only partially flatten the breasts so you can have 2.5 rows or 1.5 rows.  Looking at my folders the flatten morphs appear to be part of the Milkaiser expansion for Cluster Bomb though. But I will say the Millkaiser expansions are worth it. I have both Cluster Bomb and Breastacular versions and the added morphs and options are great, not even to mention the jewelry.
