There seem to be SOME romantic poses for gay men, but even then no one seems to want or be able to tackle the mechanics of actual mouth-to-mouth contact, the touch of tonges or the many combinations of facial change that make up kissing someone. It would be an effort but I'd buy that sucker! Part of realism is that, many times before you put a dick in your mouth, you kiss someone FIRST! :)

I just checked at another store and they have 5 different products that you might want to look at.... Search for "gay"
