No contact info in there .txt , I know I installed it right, I need to know how to contact them, any help Please, Thank You

What item did you purchase? A lot of Zev0 products here are morph expansions, so sometimes there will be no user facing files like poses included. All that a user would see when installed would be the additional morph dials added to the figure.

it was Open Wide Genesis 8 Female, can't find it anywhere.

I just viewed the file. The email address is IN the README IN the PRODUCT ZIP. None of the README files on the store will have EMAILS in them as we try to protect our vendors from SPAM bots.
Open the zip file and look in the DOCUMENTATION folder. The README is there and the EMAIL is in the upper left corner.
