 The object is see through in render. is there a fix for this?

Hi,
Sorry you're having problems but you are the first customer of hundreds who have bought the product to have any problems with it. The picture is very dark but what little I can make out seems to show the product partially transparent (it is meant to be so, but maybe not as much as you are seeing.) Can you confirm you are rendering with HDRI light source? Also, have you tried rendering with a different HDI to get the most iRay realism?
If you can let me know we can try to fix the issue for you.
Sorry couldn't get back to you sooner - dealing with a few issues of my own!
