I think it would be very hard to do as a product for the breast implant at least, as the scar placement would be so precise, you would almost need a way to place the scar after the figure is morphed. So a texture set or morphs would need to be customized to the morphed figure for precise placement and to prevent scar morph movement or texture stretching of the scar. So outside of .png images added and adjusted via L.I.E. in Daz Studio or using a 3D paint program to apply the scar where it is needed on the morphed figure, I can't think of a way to place the scar with the needed precision.

Otherwise Barbarianbabes has some wounds morph sets for V4, though not sure any of them could be considered surgical. Sadly wound morphs and textures seem to be a niche product as most users tend to render pretty and perfect models in images, the products to make scarred and disfigured characters seem to be largely lacking from the market.
