Extended Licence from users who are not active anymore

Hello
As the title describes, I am looking to buy some assets to use them in Unity/Unreal.
Normally, according to Renderotica's support team, I would need an extended license from the author, but some of them either do not respond to my messages or they left Renderotica long ago.
The question is: am I allowed to use them, or it's a 'No Go' and that is it. One of the assets I am searching for is a chastity belt, and the only ones I found are made by FemTec and Ambrosia3D.
Does anyone has confronted before with this problem? And if the answer is yes, how did you solve it?

Both have been active in the last year, so send an email to them or send a PM.
Even if they are inactive, you cannot use their products in a retail game without written permission.

I tried to PM Ambrosia3D, but I haven't received any answer. On top of that, he/she's last login was about 3-4 month ago.
I would like to buy the asset created by FemTec, but I can't even access the forum profile to send a PM... not to mention the e-mail address.
It's there any way I could find their e-mail addresses or in FemTec's case his user ID so I could send him a PM?

PS: I have already spent waaaay too much time sending emails to Renderotica and trying to get in touch with artists just to buy an extended licence for a 8$ asset....:|
