I've had this product for some time, just got Michael 8 and wanted to try it out. I get a message that files cannot be found: data/meipex/dicktator_genitalia_g8m/dicktator_genitalia_g8m_v3/dicktator_genitalia_g8m.dsf
data/meipex/dicktator_genitalia_g8m/dicktator_genitalia_g8m_v3/uv sets/meipex/base/default.dsf
But, when I go to the actual folder, they are there.
When I load the dicktator, it does come into the viewport, but as a series of boxes, and it is invisible in renders. I've tried unzipping the files again, but no joy.

What method did you use to unzip the files? It might be useful to try a different program to unzip. I have seen a certain zip program occasionally throw an extra space into the file names, which can cause file path errors.

Probably you have installed the content in some subfolder, and the main file can't find the geometry files because paths are broken. You may install using DIM, see pdf instructions in the Content/Documentation folder or the screenshot attached. Meipe attached the following image(s):

It wouldn't load from doing a search, but when I navigated to the right folder, it did!
