It looks to me like Laudanum's Cock-O-Rama, based on the way it emerges from a sort of "hole" in the groin area, and that pointy glans shape looks like one of the morphs in the core set. But I'm not sure how you'd get that working on G2M, since I think it's only designed for Genesis 3 & 8.
