Try as I might, I haven't been able to find any morphs out there that specifically target the neck or throat for G8F or G3F models (just general morphs that only tweak things like the scale). I'm not sure if that's just a limitation on the models or if no one has made any morphs for these characters yet.
Would be looking for something versatile that could not only help with normal scenes (ala deepthroat) but also sci-fi and fantasy scenes as well. Specifically thinking of alien possession or implied egg morphs ala this scene from Rec 2 or AvP:
