Piles of clothing folded and stacked or scattered. Male and female. Can never seem to get clothes looking right when you want them scattered about or stacked up neat and tidy on a chair. Tried playing around with scaling and bending but it just looks too false. There may be something out there but I can't find it. It's really frustrating when you want to add a bit of realism to a scene.

Thanks lopriest. It's a start and it's good to see Adam thought of it. Must have overlooked them when I was perusing. Well spotted.

With a bit of fiddling with transmaps, the underwear groups can be separated.:laughing7:

Further experimentation shows that you can make a render of an item of clothing already in your collection, posed with the body part controls (bend, side-to-side & twist) use that to make your own transmap and bump map id desired and impose them all onto Zincster's flat square for a custom discarded item:eusa_dance:

One of the bedroom scene sets at Poserworld has some nice crumpled clothes props in it.
Otherwise you could start playing with the cloth room, as you've found trying to do it with clothing figures doesn't work, by converting the figure to an obj then clothifying you can get it draped over furniture etc.
Bit of a pain in the arse but gives wonderful results.
(Make sure to export each piece of clothing as an obj then import before starting the next simulation)

That's geralday's site, I think it's been down for a while. He's a member at rendo if you want to try there, but I have no idea if he's still around ...
