Is there someway to flip through all the site ads at once? There's a page/link in an ad I want to get to in some way other than hitting refresh a billion times.

Not that I know of. What is it you are looking for? I might be able to find it in admin.

In the end I found it by searching wayy back in my browser history.
Regardless though, being able to go to an "ads page" might be a useful feature in the future.
