Can't buy Gallery Space

I'd like to purchase some more gallery space, but the system doesn't want to seem to want to add it to my cart, though I can add other items.

If I try to purchase it, it just tells me I need to log in, (though I already am logged in). If I put another item in my cart first, then I try to purchase space, it'll take me to the continue shopping/check out screen, but nothing new has been added to my cart.

Is there something I'm missing here, and has anyone else had this problem?

Ok, I seem to have figured it out.

At the "continue shopping/check out" screen I had to click on the item again to bring up the main product screen and add it to the cart again. This process was not necessary for other products I wanted to add to my cart.

Strange, no?

i think diane has to manually fiddle with your account...so as soon as she gets round to it....which is usually within 24 hours

As to the cart thing, for some odd reason, the buy now button does not work on items that do not have a download.

I've had the same problem. I got the message:

Your shopping cart.
Please note: you must be registered and logged in separately in the store to check out. Your forum account is separate from the store.

I was logged in to the store at the time. I added something else to the cart (a Premier renewal) and tried again. This time it said that it added the extra disk space to my cart but didn't. After a couple of tries it finally added the item.

In spite of the odd little bug like this the new site is great. Many thanks for all your work. Best wishes for the season and a productive and happy new year.
