I need your help.
ManOfSteel and I run a fan club for David in one of Yahoo Groups. As an extension of promoting David, we encourage fan club members to join Renderotica either as a regular member or a Premier member to see images of David in their original glory, as we don’t show full-size images of David in our group. There has been a lot of interest in Renderotica and the Premier Gallery among the group members, especially among new David fans. Since we got a stream of questions about how to register with Renderotica, how to locate images of David in the gallery, how to become a Premier member, etc, we have set up an FAQ section in the group that provides the members with a few tips on Renderotica.
Today, one of the fan club members says that he placed an order with Renderotica Store to renew his Premier account but didn’t checked his e-mail from the store until after the activation link, which had been sent to his registered e-mail address, expired. He implied that he didn’t know that the link was valid only for 24 hours. He says he just gave up. (It appears that he didn’t try to contact the store for help.)
If I don’t open an e-mail from the store with a Premier activation link in it within the 24-hour timeframe and let it expire for whatever reasons, what should I do? Should I contact you to tell you what has happened and ask for another link?
