I wonder why an big site such as this dont use Paypal ...
ohh well ... ha a load in my cart .. 50$ and you dont have an option to use paypal

I believe that is because PayPal doesn't do business with adult oriented sites. I think it is against their policy. Some adult sites may do so but if they do, they are probably skating on thin ice and will be penalized if they get caught.
Someone correct me if this is incorrect ...

Yes. Their AUP is here (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside) - item 2(g) is relevant.

You are absolutely right. And if they catch you, they will fine you (meaning lock your account and take your money). So, it's not us. It's them. Write to them and complain.
We do have an option to pay by check or money order (US dollars) or you can buy much of the same content at www.animotions.com (no adult stuff, though) and pay there with paypal.

Interesting because I know a few adult sites that are obviously adult that accept Paypal. The one that comes to mind right now is Adam and Eve.

They may have received an exemption, maybe - the AUP says "certain services" connected with sex are not permitted, but no detail beyond that.

Most likely they are flying under the radar. I don't trust paypal enough to do that. I have heard horror stories about them freezing accounts and have you ever tried to get hold of a real person there?
Or it could be that, while they sell sex toys, they don't show any of them in use and they have no nudity on the site. Yeah, paypal could be that silly.

I just bought something at MPE and used PayPal, which surprised me since they froze the account at aff.net where there are no images at all, just stories.

Yes, maybe if you bring them enough money they are willing to look the other way.
I have a friend whose Paypal account got frozen in June for no reason. They wouldn't even give him his money back that was sitting there. He runs an online land holding company. Wouldn't even talk to him. All of a sudden 3 weeks later, they unfroze it. Still no explanation.
So who knows.
