| · Is it safe to use my credit card in the store? All transactions in our store are done on a secure server and credit card transactions are further done on our gateway's secure server. We never see your credit card number and it is not stored anywhere on our site. [ Back to Top ]

| · Can I pay by check or money order? Yes, you can. Just use the check payment option. If you are paying by money order, please make up a number to put in when it asks you for a check number. Please be sure all checks or money orders are in US dollars.

| · Why don't you take PayPal? We'd love to be able to offer a PayPal payment option, but the people at PayPal have decided they will not deal with adult merchandise. [ Back to Top ]

| · Why don't I get my download right away like on other sites? At the present time, in order to protect ourselves from chargebacks we review all orders before they are filled. We usually do this within an hour or two of an order being placed, but it could take several hours if you hit us at a time when we cannot get to them right away.

| · How can I be sure I'm buying a quality product? All merchandise in the Renderotica store is thoroughly tested before being placed in the store. We test not only to make sure the zip contains everything it is supposed to, but to make sure that the product you are getting meets our quality standards and is worth the price being asked for it.
Our testers rarely miss obvious flaws, but occasionally they do miss something. If they do, be assured we will make it right for you. [ Back to Top ]

| · I'm on a slow modem, what can I do? A lot of the files in our store are large. We've tried to put a warning on any really large files.
If you are on a slow connection, you might want to have your order burned to CD and shipped to you. You'll find that option at the top of the sidebar in the store. [ Back to Top ]

| · Help! My download link has expired. Now what? Our download links are good for 24 hours. If you should miss the deadline for any reason, just contact diane@renderotica.com and we'll send you another one.
