Does anyone know how to fix this? I did copy the MAT

Select shells and run shell fix script. Chances are if any or multiple shells are used it will pick up on all surfaces and add them to the shell, if there is no surface information in the shell materials for that particular surface it will default to white, so you either select the shells and run shell fix, or manually turn off those surfaces on the shell.
