Can anyone assist me with how to add glitter and sparkle to the genital area of Genesis 8-9 Female? I have purchased several materials such as scarification glitter and sparkle. Copying from the torso or body to the genital does not work on the surfaces. Any suggestion is appreciated. Cheers.

The skin of figures is defined by surfaces (in Daz Studio). These sort out the texture(s) of the involved parts.

Ergo: you will need to edit the texture. In Daz Studio you'll want to select the figure, then check out the 'Surfaces' pane. How? Using an editor like Gimp, Photoshop (Elements) or...

At the risk of sounding like a sales drone but if you want to get the most out of retexturing existing models you'll want to try and get your hands on Substance Painter. You don't need a subscription, it's sold on Steam too.

Hope this can give you some ideas.

Try looking into how the "sparkle" surface was created on the skins torso/body surface.

Was it a metal flake shader value?
Was it a glossy map or layered image texture?
Was it done with a mapped or shaded geometry shell?
EDIT: When working with most genital grafts the detailed colorization is made on the grafts shell surfaces. (A sparkle effect added to the base graft would be covered up by the shells color.)

Some of these shaders, textures, or maps, can be copy pasta'd, copy pasta'd with a tile adjustment, or edited in a photo editor.

If doing your own completely from scratch. You'll want a photo editor (ie; Gimp, Affinity, or Photoshop), and/or model texture/shading software (ie: Blender, Substance Painter)

There's a small plethora of texturing tutorial videos available on Youtube with illustrative step by step how to's in the multiple programs.
