Saving settings for Dicktator to use it for another character?

I've created a penis with Dicktator and I want to be able to re-use the shape and all the settings. I tried so by saving it as "Properties preset" as well as "Shaping presets" but when I add a dicktator penis to a character, select it in the scene and load the properties or shaping preset the presets are not added. I mean the values from these sliders that come with the mod... no slider is set in the new one. Do I need to save it in another way? Or do I need to activate it in another way for the new character?

Are you using Daz, because for the life of me I can't find a properties preset option. If you are using Daz you're going to want to use a shaping preset.
Go to Files->save as->shaping preset
Name your shape file
once the Shaping preset save options window open make sure you go to the options(the four bars and arrow button in the top right corner) and select check only->check all modified only
This should uncheck most of the options besides adjustment and shape presets
make sure hidden and actors are not check (this is because this only pretains to the fitting of the dicktator onto genesis 8. this should auto load when you load the geograph and saving these with the preset may cause problems down the road with highly modified or shaped characters)
Hit accept and that should be it!
Your newly shaped dick is now saved in your content library under Daz studio formats->My library->presets->shaping

Thank you for your suggestion... yes, I use daz... you find the properties preset options just above the "Shaping presets" options under File > Save as
I've tried it like you described but just no result:
- Select the adjusted dicktator dick in scene
- Save Shaping preset and assure the selections you described
- Create a new G8M base figure and add a dicktator to it
- Select the dick in scene and then click on the shaping preset just saved
Nothing happens. I mean literally nothing :-(

Maybe load only DCK in the scene to build the shape&pose preset in order to avoid issues when saving. Meipe attached the following image(s):

I did it exactly that way... but no success. When I apply the properties preset to a newly created dicktator nothing changes.. simply nothing happens. Am I actually the only one with this sort of problem? Has anyone an idea what I could have made with my Daz installation to cause this? I'm not sure if I mentioned it... it is for G8 male character.
I attach the properties preset file in case that might help you. Is there something wrong in this file?

I have never been able to save a Dictator pose, but a few basic commands gets a new version to work pretty quickly. I do have problems applying presets to the Cocky Clackers, sometimes the "balls" stick out and appear bulging from the Scrotum and look like gray spheres. If you choose them and reapply the preset, they conform.

just a little update: actually I was able to save a properties preset for a dicktator dick and apply it to another dick. It was a "fresh" dicktator so maybe it simply the one dicktator i am facing the problems with now... additional information: the problematic dicktator belongs to G8.1 figure that I once turned into a G8 figure... maybe I have mixed up something on the way
