You havent replied to my email requesting a refund.
This product doesnt do what its suppose to do.
Why, when I apply the pubic hair, I then get the pop up box unsupported
Yes I am using Female G8 character
And yes Ive tried unparenting

You sent three emails to support and they responded. Here is a link to the Refund Policy. If you haven't seen Support's email, you should check your Spam folder.

I never received a mail or a pm from you and I also can't see a post from you in this support forum. You can find my support mail adress in the readme file of the product.
I'm happy to help you with the product if you give me some more information:
- Are you using the latest version of the product? (kaluma_femgens1-SBHPubHair1-g8f-g81f_v02)
- Is your character G8 or G8.1?
- Do you use it with my Female Genitals for G8 or without?
- Do you have other assets applied on your character?
Refund requests are managed by the shop and not by me as a vendor.
