When trying to update my Tailminator for G8 (currently have it for G3 only but am upgrading my system), I re-downloaded the zip files for manual installation. When opened, all that was there were individual files with destination routes, but no actual destination/location folders (Data, People, Runtime, etc.). Everything was contained within a "Content" folder, which did me no good.  Took a stab at copying the files and pasting them to the relevant folder(s), but all that did was move X number of files, over doing nothing.  This is not the first time I've come across this, where an artist updates a product, then leaves the zip contents unorganized.

I don't own this product, but there should be a read-me file with a maifest showing where each file should go. I know it's a pain, and this has never happened to me before, but this would be my next angle of attack.

A "Content" folder (usually) indicates that the .zip file can be installed via DIM (DAZ Install Manager). Then you should see some other files like "Manifest.dsx" or "Supplement.dsx".

If you open the "Content" folder, there should be the regular directories like "data", "Documentation", "People", "Runtime" etc. If not, the file is botched (although it shouldn't be, since it was tested by the 'rotica team).

As Zeppelin said, there must be a readme file with a support/contact address (located in the "Documentation" folder if the creator has followed the 'rotica rules).

Good luck!
