Sometime back, I got the Santanica M3 Gens and I haven't been able to use it. I can't get it opened and the site where you are supposed to be able to download the decoder, isn't there anymore. Anyone know how I can open this file. I did email Santanica back when I bought it and never got a reply. thanks

Sometimes with old downloads they'll be available via the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. Might have to go back a few years to find the downloads, and some downloads may not be available, but it might be worth a try.
Otherwise I'll just say just dealing with the encoders can be a royal pain in the arse, as if the Key file it was encoded with was updated after the product was encoded, often you're not going to be able to decode the file anyway.
