I got the Cocky Clackers Smart with Dicktator on a G 8.1 male, without the blank part of the torso/penis, by using what's suggested in another Forum Post: I put them on a Default G 8.1. I can inject character/morphs/later. I did put the character shaders I wanted on, though.
Now, as it's a Black Male, I went to the Cocky Clackers Matrial Presets Folder, and selected the S1_4_Smart. I got two screen notices from DAZ Studio that Files could not be found. However, files do load. I'll try to attach screen shots of the cautions and from the log file: inquire attached the following image(s):

Are there supposed to be textures in the Cocky Clackers set? Here's the Runtime folder I got: 3 items to go in Support; no Textures inquire attached the following image(s):
