Is there a way to get Ultimate Moisture to work with Realistic Nipples? The breasts do not appear shiny when the Realistic Nipples Shell is on.

I dont own Realistic Nipples....but if they both have same Shaders in Surface Definitions you should be able to manually copy the shader values of surfaces to paste on the other. Glossy, Specular, Subsurfaces.
Or try adding the UM Shell after you have applied the Realistic Nipples (graft/shell).

I don't have a copy of RN, so I'm not sure how it's constructed. I would suggest going to the surfaces tab and selecting the USM shell and trying to copy the torso/body material to the realistic nipples area and see if that fixes it.
