Hi,
This problem is usually related to the parameters related to subsurface scattering in the character material settings.
But I still need to test to confirm if this is really the cause.
Could you please sent me the product page link to the character you are using?

Not really, I don't remember which character I used other than that I started mixing features on the face.
So I don't know which one it is.
