Hi,
Recently I received some PMs from customers. But when I replied to them, the system told me that their inbox was full, so my PM failed to be sent. So, if you send me a PM but don't get a reply for a long time, it may be because your inbox is full. If so, please clear your inbox and send me the PM again, or post a topic in the forum. I will try my best to solve the problem for you.

Hi,
I cannot say that I've ever used this feature, either to send or read. What/where to I go to see if I have any PMs?
