When I try to run the ultimate skin, i get this error:

Following the path, -= Ultimate Skin Moisture =-.duf is available, so my guess is that it cannot find what that DUF is asking for.

True: my installation path is not the usual one, because my C: drive is too small, and no, I can't install 12 TB of content on my system drive. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have all of my DAZ Studio content installed on another drive and do not get this problem. I notice the path "E:/My DAZ 3D Library/My Library/People/ ..." - what have you got configured in DAZ Studio's Content Directory Manager? If you have the folder "E:/My DAZ 3D Library" configured as the library then you have an extra level of folder there and it should be "E:/My DAZ 3D Library/People/ ..." This usually happens when ZIP files are extracted directly into the library.

This often happens when extracting ZIP files, because the structure of content ZIPs tend to vary, some of them have a root "My Library" folder, some of them "Content" etc etc. I always extract to a tempo directory first, and then move the content folders. People should always be directly below the folder that is configured as (one of) your content directory(ies) in DAZ Studio.

Apologies if you've already checked this.

I am currently having this same issue. I tried to extract the ZIP files, then I went into them and manually copy and pasted the Runtime >Texture folders/files in the Runtime folder on my computer. I did the same thing with the People > G8F > Anatomy folder, and I'm still getting this message. I'm going to trying to uninstall and reinstall for about the 5th time now, but any additional help on this would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delay, this thread got bumped down and I missed it :(

Not sure what's happening here, I can't replicate the issue so it's nothing to do with recent Studio updates, everything is working fine on my end.

Please email me a copy of a scene file where you have tried to apply the USM unsuccessfully and I'll have a look.

Outside of that all I can think of is folder structure. As long as the folders under My Library or My DAZ 3D Library are identical to what comes in the installation zip, it should work fine regardless of the drive name.

The files can be installed in any drive, as long as it's the drive Studio is linked to and the proper folder structure exists under either "My Library" or "My DAZ 3D Library".

My direct email can be found in the readme file, I'm here to make sure the product works for you! :)

Argh! Sorry I didn't read into the details of that error report until I had already posted.

You're not getting an error, you're clicking on a hover tip :)

Hover your pointer over it and instructions and/or tips will pop up :)

The moisture shell is the last icon in the list, "USM Shell Female", or "USM Shell Male" for the male version.

In the next update I will make the hover tips a little more clear that they are hovertips and not clickable, sorry for the confusion!

Hope that helps :D
