Golden Palace Color Issue

Hi,
Was going to upload today, but... Went to render and in every pic, for some reason the Golden Palace genitals I used have the generic silver/no color blend in the crotch. I follow the Help file and it reads "Load Colorization Script" - and though I have done everything I know, I cannot seem to locate/enable this.
I expect I am doing something simple wrong but I am out of ideas. Does anyone have an y thoughts as to what I should do to correct this issue?
