Hello,
I'm getting the error message that the leather01.jpg is not found in runtime/textures
There was no runtime texture folder in the zip file.
Also I can't pose the chain with active pose tool, which makes posing the neck chain a bit difficult ^^;

About the neck chain, well, the Null has some CTRLS, they're limited of course, you could manually (mhh) pose each link, but you'll have to save hierarchichal poses.
One trick you may like. If you notice, the largest chain is the neck, 25 links, but arm and leg's chain are shorter. So you could load a 25 link chain, leave only 5 o 10, load another 25 link chain and parent the new null to the last link in the shorter chain, you'll have to set the Null Y parameter to -3.2 (I guess), and have a new chain with 2 controls. Again you'll have to save a hierarchichal pose or 2 poses for each control.
