cant seem to get meipe's breastacular to install correctly, extracting into my library folder just like always but instead of going where it is supposed to it creates a content folder with the program in it but when i go to add into scene just grey boxes, says it's missing files

Try manual install, use the read me files to make sure you are placing them in the correct folders. Then when you apply the files, use your content folder, the smart folders will not show third party products unless you use the database manager to manually add them to the smart folders.
