I must be dumb but I can't find the cushion itself - plenty of deformers but . . .

Hi ruizp!
Please make sure to download both zip files. There are 2 downloads for the Camgirl sets, one for the poses and one for the props :)
Once the props are installed you should see them in a sub folder under the I Touch Myself folder called "Bonus Props"
Also, f you buy both camgirl pose sets, you only need to install the props once :)
