I tried everything and could not replicate your issue. Have you tried re-downloading it and extracting again? I'd say that you had an error extracting files or downloading them.
I could not replicate the tentacle working and precum missing the mesh whatever I did. I must add that I don't use win11 but that can't be the issue.

I do appreciate your efforts to help. I did download again and that didn't help. Ghost in the machine I guess. No worries and thanks.
