hide body / hide head not working as intended ?

I have been playing around with the expansion 2 decapitators set and the hide head / hide body features arent working as intended. when I use the hide head it leaves a deformed tiny head in the middle the neck wound and when I do the hide body it turns the body into a series of long strings. Is there a simple solution to fixing this problem?

Is this the DS version for the Terminus 5 decapitator pack exp 2? If so, Freeone did the DS conversion and should have the contact info in the zip file, he'd be better help for how this product was set up for DS.
Let me know if you have any issues after contacting him. (if this is the DS version)
