Likely a morph file somewhere.
A recently downloaded morph may have a non zeroed value on it changing your default G8M structure. (ie: Scale, Height, hip, or pelvis bones moved)

First double check your not in Geometry Editor Tool

Test
Open Daz Fresh, Load Default G8M, Look for any visual anomalies or non zero morph values such as height or scale. (Use "currently used" in parameters or shape tab to make the search faster).
- You can also load the default Dev load G8M version beside it and see it they are the same. You should be able to also go to bone editor to compare the twos bone placements (Hip or Pelvis
heights Specifically)

With nothing in scene selected Load dicktator unparented and see where its default load height is set.

Select G8M in the scene and Load Dicktator parented and see if its at the same default load height.

If this only happens with this character for G8M. Then its a flaw in the character morph. Non zero parameter, no ERC freeze, etc.

If it happens even with the default G8M base character. Check any third party morphs you have for Dicktator as one might be lacking a need dependency.
It may be error in any Character Morph you have for G8M. Use "Currently Used" and "Show Hidden" in parameters to help narrow your search.
