I can pretty safely say, without checking, that yes, you're good to go with that. The only time you have to really wonder is when a character is pretty far from the normal G8 male body shape or texture. Like super cartoony, short, tall, fat, is an orc or a zombie, ext. Scar is a bigger dude, but you'll be fine, and even if there isn't a specific shell texture that's made for him, there's a ton of textures and something that will match him no problem.

And Just to add to that I have both Dictator and Scar 8 and yes it works with it..... I'm here for the donuts.....
Where are they??
